In our second to last unit, How Does Using Our Brain Help Us To Become Better Muslims, we tap into our God given reasoning powers to learn how to dream big and brainstorm about a better world. We’ll also turn to the past, studying how Muslims who came before us used their brains to improve the world through art, the sciences, education, literature, and culinary arts.

We want to give your child the chance to learn about Muslim inventors and Islamic history that are so often left out of the narratives we learn about in traditional education settings. But we also recognize the power that emulating these inventors and scholars can have in a child’s holistic development, and our Windmill Activity does just that, offering them the chance to step into shoes of Al-Jazari, the great Muslim inventor.
