Unit 3
Unit 3 sees the introduction of Prophet Muhammad, an honest and truthful man of integrity, with his kindness to animals, and the environment. We’ll learn about his life as a regular man, a prophet, a governor, a feminist and as an anti-racist. We will learn about the Medina Constitution, and the covenant he made with Christians. We will especially learn about his wife Khadijah, the philanthropist, and how she ensured the survival of the Muslim community.

In this Family Activity, we want to help facilitate a discussion about giving between you and your child. As a family, you’ll discuss the values that are important to you and how giving to a cause is not just fulfilling the principle of charity but also as the donor. The activity is perfectly placed in the Unit about the life of Prophet Muhammad, whose life and values epitomized generosity and helping those in need.
